Sarah specialises in road transport regulatory law and advises goods vehicle and passenger transport operator licence holders across all aspects of transport regulation and licensing.

Sarah is an accomplished advocate, regularly representing operators and transport managers at Traffic Commissioner Public Inquiries across the UK. She is frequently instructed on contested and high‑risk matters and is trusted by clients to manage sensitive regulatory issues with confidence, clarity and sound judgement.

She has worked with other members of the transport regulatory team on complex, multi‑strand corporate investigations arising from serious fleet incidents, regulatory exposure and enforcement action.

In addition to her regulatory and advocacy work, Sarah plays a central role in developing and delivering the department’s training offering. She is closely involved in the design and delivery of operator licence compliance training, including mock Public Inquiries, incident response training days, workshops, and board‑level briefings, supporting clients in strengthening governance and regulatory resilience.

Sarah is also one of the firm’s Product and Innovation Associates and plays a leading role in the development of innovative legal technology solutions for the firm’s transport and logistics client base. Drawing on her frontline regulatory experience, she has worked closely on the development and ongoing evolution of Transport Manager Comply, a specialist software‑as‑a‑service compliance solution supporting operators and transport managers with their regulatory obligations.

Sarah regularly speaks at key industry events including Logistics UK conferences and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) Transport Manager Forum Conference.

She is also an active member of Women in Transport, a leading networking organisation within the sector, and is recognised for her commitment to professional development, innovation and engagement across the transport industry.
