Positions the firm in the top 5% globally for ESG/sustainability performance and processes
Weightmans has been awarded a Gold rating by EcoVadis for 2025, marking a further improvement in its sustainability performance.
The firm increased its overall EcoVadis score from 80 in 2024 to 81 in 2025 - a 1.25% rise - positioning Weightmans in the top 5% globally among all legal and accounting firms assessed by EcoVadis, a global sustainability rating provider.
Detailed results show significant progress in key categories: the environment score climbed 4.5%, responsible procurement rose by a good 12.9%, and the human rights score was maintained at the previous assessment level. These improvements reflect Weightmans’ ongoing commitment to responsible business practices and sustainability leadership, marking another milestone in its ESG journey.

In 2025, Weightmans was recognised as a Top Employer for the 18th consecutive year, earning a top five national ranking. The firm also appointed its first Diversity and Inclusion Manager, Liliana Corrieri, while Srivastava was honored with the Outstanding ESG Leader Award at the 2025 Legal ESG Awards.
