We are delighted to launch the Weightmans Casualty Claims Series 2026 with our opening session, “Looking Back, Looking Forward.”
This session will focus on horizon scanning and the emerging trends shaping the casualty claims landscape in the years ahead. We will be joined by colleagues from the Association of British Insurers (ABI), who will share sector-wide insights and perspectives.
Louise Clark, Charlie Inwood, Joseph Bailey and Binta Mutinda from the ABI will explore what historic casualty injury claims trends reveal about future developments, and discuss the key factors expected to influence casualty claims in 2026 and beyond.
